Given City’s recent focus on integrating young talents, he could soon find his place in the team.
His arrival adds to the excitement for City fans, eager to see how he fits into Guardiola’s plans.
If his performances at the South American U-20 Championship are anything to go by, Echeverri might become a key player sooner than expected.
Now, the hard work begins. Will he rise to the challenge? The coming months will tell.
