Chelsea’s attacking woes continue as Nicolas Jackson is set to miss six to eight weeks with a hamstring injury.
Manager Enzo MarescaJackson suffered the injury during Chelsea’s 2-1 victory over West Ham, leaving Maresca searching for solutions.
To make matters worse, Marc Guiu is also sidelined with a similar problem. confirmed the setback, revealing that Jackson will be unavailable until after the March international break.
Chelsea’s Striker Dilemma
With both strikers unavailable, Chelsea will have to rely on alternative attacking options.
Christopher Nkunku played as a makeshift No.9 in the FA Cup loss to Brighton, but Maresca insists the Frenchman is not a natural striker.
Other options include Pedro Neto, Noni Madueke, and Tyrique George, who could feature in a more fluid attacking setup.
Injury Boosts Elsewhere
There’s some good news for Chelsea, as Romeo Lavia and Benoit Badiashile are closing in on full fitness.
Meanwhile, Wesley Fofana has rejoined the squad but needs a few weeks before he can play. Reece James has also avoided another setback and remains available for selection.

Chelsea’s No.9 will likely miss key fixtures, including:
